Children will be invited to say hello to our Irish Farm Animals and find out their stories, and also to make sure they are fed.
They will be brought back in time to experience rural Ireland through the eyes of the first farmers. Experience life and farming before Tractors, TV’s or Wi-Fi!.
Our Fairy Wishing chair under the Hawthorn Tree is always a hit, and we encourage the children to watch out for Fairy Wings in the sunlight!
Visit our Scéal Exhibition and learn why Irish music was so important in rural Ireland. Finish up in the ‘Halla Damhsa’ by trying out some Irish Dancing Steps.
Upon tour completion children can explore our Amenity Park & spend unlimited time in the playground, parkland and picnic areas. Alternatively, groups can explore the Art in the Park Gardens, Sensory Garden and Nature Walks adjacent to the Turlough.
